intake and exercise for 9/15/10

so i'm gonna try something out. im supposed to be dieting so im going to be posting my daily intake on here. i do count my calories cuz im trying to lose weight but i usually do it in my blackberry but i feel if i post it on here it might make me realize like "wow wat are u eating?" u know wat i mean? ok so here's wat i had for 9/15/10.

breakfast
south beach protein bar - 150
vitamin water - 50

snack (munched on throughout the day)
2 cups of grapes - 126

lunch
starbucks garden pesto pasta salad - 320
light caramel frap - 130

dinner
roasted turkey breast lean cuisine - 260

total - 1036

exercise
45 min walk/jog
50 crunches
1 min plank
20 side crunches each side
10 push ups

i think i ate pretty well.
i always keep a water bottle with me so i drink LOTS
and LOTS of water everyday.
i always try and get my 45 min of cardio in.
i slacked on the workouts, but i did workout at home instead of the gym.
i know that's no excuse but i cant really do much while i'm away at school.
i know eating tv dinners like lean cuisines are not the healthiest but, i am
away for college. i rent out a room i don't really get to use the stove often so
i deal with what i've got. so i grab a few weight watcher smart ones and
lean cuisines for dinner at the supermarket. for lunch i will usually pack some
fresh veggies like carrots celery anything easy to travel with and go.
i'm thinking of going on weight watchers by the way.

i'm on the go a lot and i'm also a huge tree hugger.
now last semester i used to bring to class these ziploc bags of
watever i was having, berries, carrots, grapes, pretzels...watever
and i used to buy those 24 packs of water bottles every week
of course id dispose of everything properly but that's still not good enough.
i recently have turned a new leaf to help lessen the waste produced.

so instead of getting ziploc bags i've discovered RuMe bags and i've also
started using a reusable water bottle instead of buying bottles weekly.
this is not only environmentally friendly but saves me some money
by me not having to buy ziplocs and water bottles weekly
RuMe bags are awesome! they're basically reusable bags!
i've purchased the RuMe on the go bags so i can stash my food in there
and bring it along to class. the prints are pretty cute.
